This workshop is designed to focus on objectives such as:
Stress reduction and relaxation, simple ways exercise blasts through stress, how sleep, food and habits can minimize stress and much more! Each workshop (also called a play-shop) includes hands-on art challenges to provide participants with the chance to use new ways to instantly minimize stress and overwhelm and harness the creative part of their brain – the part that doesn’t feel ‘stress.’
